  • Scan Mailbox

    The Scan Mailbox function provides a central mailbox for each customer, through which incoming penalty notices from authorities are received centrally and stored for three years in accordance with German regulations.

  • Master Data Management

    Master data management enables the minimum required master data to be entered for billing processes, the automatic allocation of rental periods to customers, as well as the import of vehicle, customer, and responsible-party data via an interface.

  • Driver Management

    Within driver management, drivers can independently manage their responsibilities for vehicles. The allocation of vehicles according to rental periods is possible, and a driver history allows responsibilities to be tracked.

  • Data Extraction

    Data extraction ensures the 100% accurate capture of relevant information from penalty notices, including authority addresses, the time of the violation, and the vehicle license plate.

    Through the interface, fleet management systems (FMS) can transfer data directly to Ticket-ID, and access to existing vehicle documents such as rental agreements is possible.

    Smart device support enables fast vehicle reassignment via smartphones, the management of vehicle information via QR code, and prevents planned vehicle blocking when a driver change takes place.

  • Notifications

    Notifications are sent to the authorities in due time, customers can be informed, and it is possible to customize notification rules individually for drivers.

  • Dashboard

    Via the dashboard, customers can access real-time statistics. It also offers the option to export statistics for defined periods and provides an overview of the processing status of penalty notices.
